The photovoltaic panel is made of monocrystalline silicon. It is light and partly flexible and is mainly intended for mounting on rounded surfaces up to 180°, e.g. on boats or caravans. It is equipped with 90 cm long cables with MC4 terminals. It is designed for a system voltage of 12V.

Construction
In the case of gluing a flexible panel to the roof of a vehicle, caravan, etc., it is necessary to take into account the different expansions of the material of the roof and the panel, which can cause damage to the flexible panel.
Please note: the flexible panel can only be bent on the longer side, at a maximum angle of 180°
In the case of gluing a flexible panel to a solid surface, the different expansions of the roof material and the panel must be taken into account, which can cause damage to the flexible panel on hot days.We therefore recommend gluing flexible panels to an intermediate layer made of the material "Makrolon Plaxiglas" (polycarbonate plate), which also allows air to flow under the solar panel, thus increasing its efficiency.
In the case of a laminate/sandwich roof, there is not as much damage to the panel, but we still recommend such an installation due to its long life and better cooling. For a tin roof, installation on Macrolon is essential.
