Multi 500 VA powerful pure sine voltage converter from 12V DC to 230V AC, a sophisticated battery charger that features adaptive charging charging technology and a very fast AC switch. All this in a compact design.
The design of the voltage converter is a tried-and-tested solution from Victron Energy for many years: the combined technology of a high-frequency converter with a toroidal transformer at the output. The inverter is short-circuit proof, protected against overheating caused by both ambient temperature and overload.
The standard features of the mentioned technology include high short-term power, which the inverter can provide to start complicated appliances such as halogen lights, switched-mode power supplies, or electric tools.
The inverter is equipped with an energy-saving function to reduce consumption when it is not powering any appliance. Thanks to this function, it will reduce its already very small consumption by another approximately 70%!
Another great and practical feature is the programmable relay. This is set as an alarm relay by default, so when a pre-alarm or alarm occurs, the relay will open (or close). It is then possible to easily signal a defect or a condition that is close to a defect or failure (overload, low battery voltage, overheating) outside the inverter. The way when and under what circumstances the relay will be switched on or off can be set in many combinations using a PC and used to signal a myriad of operating states.
Remote ON/OFF of the inverter and charger can be done simply by a three-position switch, no special switch is needed.
